Physical Requirements
Routinely moving and transporting up to 50 pounds. Traversing and moving for prolonged periods up to 100% of the time with frequent ascending, descending, or positioning self to maintain moving and transporting consignor items. Must be able to constantly communicate and exchange accurate information. Must be able to detect, identify, inspect, observe, perceive and assess shipping production operations. Constantly operates and uses computer and other relevant equipment and machinery. Constantly works with and around firearms, bladed weaponry, and valuable collectibles.

Join the RIAC team of gun enthusiasts who consistently work hard and deliver world-class customer service! Assist the team by shipping auction items to clients and moving inventory throughout the facility.
Pay days are every Thursday! RIAC standard hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST with overtime and weekend hours, as needed.
This vital role safely packs items up to be shipped out after auction to clients from all over! Get to experience the beauty of these historical firearms first-hand while working alongside industry professionals to deliver world-class service.
What does a typical day look like?
- Prepare, pack, and ship firearms, bladed weaponry, military, and historic collectibles;
- Move inventory throughout facility to various departments;
- Assist with auction setup including display creation; and
- General maintenance such as hand tool usage, paint, clean, sweep, and organize.

Qualified candidates meet the following requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required;
- Valid driver’s license required;
- Prior relevant work experience with supply chain management, inventory, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling high preferred;
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required; and
- Ability to work overtime hours and six (6) auction weekends per year.
